Marines Out of Shackles

So, those seven Marines and single Navy corpsman who were being held in Camp Pendleton with no charges have, graciously, been allowed to take off their shackles.

Also, one of the defendant's lawyers say that the guys (I don't know what you call them if they aren't even alleged criminals...) were threatened during interrogation. I actually don't think that anything was wrong about this, but their Battalion Commander sounds like a dick. Charge the guys or let them out (even if only on restricted duty).
